PRIVACY POLICY

Purbachal Racing is a free browser game. The game does not require registration or request your name, email, precise location, or camera access. Voice control is optional and requests microphone permission only after you tap the voice button.

Offline files

On supported browsers, the game saves its static files in the browser cache after the first online launch so the game can be played offline later. This cache contains game code, images, and the Three.js library; it does not contain microphone recordings or gameplay profiles. Clearing site data removes these cached files.

Gameplay data

Score, distance, and lives are processed within the browser while you play. The game does not send these gameplay values to a Purbachal Racing account service, and this release has no online player accounts or leaderboard. Car choice, steering sensitivity and graphics preference are stored locally in your browser on this device.

Optional sharing

If you choose a share control, your browser opens the social platform or device share sheet you selected. The homepage share controls send the game link. The in-game score card can include your score, distance and lap in an image or caption that you choose to share. The chosen platform receives the information you submit under its own privacy terms. The game does not automatically post it.

Hosting and technical logs

Our hosting provider may automatically process IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and other technical request data for site delivery, security and performance.

Voice control

If you enable voice control, the browser or device speech-recognition service receives microphone audio to recognize commands. The game code does not record or save microphone audio. Processing, retention, and any transmission by the speech service are governed by the provider and your device settings. You can stop listening by tapping the voice button or revoking microphone permission.

Third-party software

The game includes a local copy of Three.js 0.169.0 and its RoundedBoxGeometry add-on under the Three.js MIT license. The website includes a Google AdSense script to verify the site and prepare for advertising. Google and its partners may process technical identifiers, cookies or similar data in connection with ad services where enabled. Consult Google’s advertising privacy information for details. Advertising may not be active until the site is approved.

Cookies and advertising

We do not use player accounts. Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies where enabled, subject to applicable laws and consent requirements. Visitors can manage relevant advertising preferences through Google’s ad settings. Consent controls must be implemented where required before personalized advertising is activated.
