Driving Tips & Traffic Guide

Practical Purbachal Racing advice for acceleration, steering, braking, collisions and mobile performance.

Purbachal Racing plays from a third-person chase camera. The car stays in the foreground while lane markings, vehicles and roadside scenery move toward the driver to convey forward travel. Steering changes the car's lateral position: moving left or right is useful for avoiding traffic, but abrupt corrections can set up the next collision.

Build speed gradually

Hold W / โ†‘ to accelerate. The current speed is shown at the top of the screen. A steady approach helps you learn how quickly the visible road closes the gap to traffic. You do not need to accelerate continuously to enjoy the course.

Choose your lane early

Watch at least two vehicles ahead. If the nearest lane contains slower traffic, begin moving over before reaching its rear bumper. Avoid repeated rapid left-right movements: a vehicle in the destination lane may be harder to spot when the camera shifts.

Brake before changing lanes

Use S / โ†“ to brake while planning an overtake. Reducing speed first gives you more time to steer. The road is broad, but being between lanes can still leave the car overlapping an obstacle.

Learn from collisions

A collision costs a life and reduces momentum. Your hearts are limited, so the best long-run strategy is consistent control. When restarting after a crash, re-establish the centre of your selected lane before accelerating fully.

Keyboard versus mobile

Desktop offers separate keys for accelerating, steering and braking, which makes combined inputs natural. On phones, rotate to landscape for more visual space and use the large on-screen controls. Some devices handle simultaneous touches differently; test gradual steering first.

Device and accessibility notes

The game uses WebGL through Three.js, loaded from an external JavaScript host. It needs an internet connection for the initial engine load and a browser with graphics acceleration. If the display freezes, refresh once, update the browser or try another supported device. The game uses fast-moving scenery and light effects; players sensitive to motion or flashing visual effects should use shorter sessions.
